Clothing poverty is a constant problem in our society, but the impact will be much wider during, (and for many years following), the current coronavirus pandemic. The IPPR think tank found that the economic fallout could leave an extra 1.1 million people (including an extra 200,00 children) below the pre-Covid poverty line by the end of 2020.
